On the 5 of December, at the headquarters of the National Olympic Committee the NADC’s presented its Paris 2024 Anti-Doping Program to the heads of national sports federations.

The Program provides set of specific activities of the National Anti-Doping Centre to ensure the Ukrainian national team is preparing to participate clean in the summer Olympic Games.

The key elements of the anti-doping program are the pre-Games anti-doping education and target testing of candidates for the national Olympic team.

It is expected that in close cooperation and coordination with other national anti-doping organizations and the International Testing Agency (ITA), all Ukrainian athletes who will participate in the Olympic Games will be tested in accordance with the IOC requirements and WADA standards.

“We are convinced that only the joint work of the NADC, the National Olympic Sports Federations, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine and the NOC of Ukraine will ensure proper anti-doping training for Ukrainian Olympians. We need an anti-doping synergy that will create the necessary basis for clean and true victories of Ukrainian athletes in Paris,” said Serhiy Popyk, Director of the NADC.
